一、用途Use

本設(shè)備應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥、化工、食品、輕工等行業(yè)中的水解、中和、結(jié)晶、蒸餾、蒸發(fā)等生產(chǎn)過(guò)程。反應(yīng)釜可采用304、316L等不銹鋼材料制造。攪拌形式有錨式、框式、槳式等；轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)可采用擺線針輪減速機(jī)、無(wú)級(jí)變速減速機(jī)等；密封裝置可采用機(jī)械密封；加熱冷卻可采用夾套、半管、盤(pán)管結(jié)構(gòu)；加熱方式有蒸汽、電加熱、導(dǎo)熱油等；以滿足耐酸堿、耐高溫、耐磨損、抗腐蝕等不同工作環(huán)境的工藝需要。可根據(jù)用戶工藝要求進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、制造。

選配工藝：可以根據(jù)需求做防腐內(nèi)襯，反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)壁防腐噴涂工藝，可以耐強(qiáng)酸，強(qiáng)堿，高溫，低溫等工藝處理?xiàng)l件。

The reaction kettle can be made of stainless steel materials such as 304 and 316L. The mixing forms include anchor type, frame type, paddle type, etc; The rotating mechanism can adopt cycloidal pin wheel reducer, stepless speed reducer, etc; The sealing device can adopt mechanical seal; Jacket, half tube, and coil structures can be used for heating and cooling; Heating methods include steam, electric heating, heat transfer oil, etc; To meet the process requirements of different working environments such as acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Can be designed and manufactured according to user process requirements.

Optional process: Anticorrosive lining can be made according to requirements, and the inner wall of the reaction kettle can undergo anti-corrosion spraying process. It can withstand strong acid, alkali, high temperature, low temperature, and other processing conditions.

二、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)Structural Features

● 反應(yīng)鍋由鍋身、鍋蓋、攪拌器、電加熱油夾套、支承及傳動(dòng)裝置、軸封裝置等組成，可以?shī)A套通導(dǎo)熱油循環(huán)加熱或冷卻；或夾套設(shè)計(jì)電熱棒或蒸汽半管進(jìn)行加熱。

● 由于用戶因生產(chǎn)工藝，操作條件不盡相同，攪拌形式一般有錨式、槳式、蝸輪式、推進(jìn)式或框式。

● 夾套上開(kāi)有進(jìn)排油、溢油、放空及測(cè)溫電熱棒孔。鍋體下部開(kāi)有放料口。

● The jacket is provided with oil inlet and outlet, oil overflow, vent and temperature measuring electric heating rod holes. The lower part of the pot body is provided with a discharge port.
